"Having got our first rabbit at the start of spring this year, we feel incredibly lucky to have the small furry hotel nearby. Madeleine provides a fantastic environment for when we are away and is always flexible about dropping off/picking up - all helping to lead to stress free holidays!

Madeleine is also very experienced in looking after rabbits, and has given us a lot of advice which is most welcome.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to anyone, although the best endorsement comes from Fluffy who always seems very happy to visit!"

 "Our 2 bunnies stayed with Madeleine at the beginning of July this year. We have usually had someone pop in at home to feed & check them. I understand Blossom decided to do a bit of nesting, with all the other boy Buns there, but there was no sign of that back home. They both had a wash & brush up and looked pristine when I collected them! They were very contented happy bunnies & would love to stay again (Buck thinks he is a film star after featuring in the grooming tips pics!) Thanks, Madeleine, for the tips on caring for Blossom."

Terms & Conditions

1) All rabbits must have up to date vaccinations (myxomatosis & VHD)

2) Your pet must be in good health on arrival. We do have the right to turn away a sick pet.

3) If your pet becomes sick in our care, we will either attend our vets or yours if within 4 miles. We will always try & make contact first.

4) By signing this form you agree to pay any vet fees occurred whilst your animal boards with us.

5) In the unlikely event of your pet passing away in our care we will take your pet to the vets to be stored until your return.

6) Payment due on day of arrival. If paying by cheque we will need to receive it one week before arrival.

7) Please respect our neighbours & park only outside our house. Not on the drive as driveway is shared with neighbours.

8) If you do not return for your pet on the arranged pick up day & do not contact us. We will try to contact your contact number after ten days we will need to rehome your pet.

9) Delivery & Pick up will be at arranged times only. We can not guarantee to be in at other times. Access to the Furry Hotel without permission will be seen as trespassing & we can prosecute. This is for the protection of all the animals.

10) All pets must arrive in a suitable pet carrier.

11) You should be made aware that there are currently no licencing or regulations on small animal boarders. Therefore you leave you pet at your own risk.
