Ive been using the Small Furry Hotel for many years now, Ollie gets spoilt rotten by Madeleine and there is no other place i would want to leave him if we go away. Madeleine is always on hand to answer any bunny questions and i often contact her for advice. Ive often asked her at very short notice to have Ollie if ive planned to go away last minute and she always manages to help. Would highly recommend the Small Furry Hotel - you wont find anywhere else that will care for your animals as well as Madeleine does

I heard about the Small Furry Hotel from another rabbit owner at the vets. I have been trying to pair my bunnies for a year and every time I tried to put them together we ended up with a lot of de-fluffing. So I booked them in for a bonding session which at first I was surprised that Madeleine said could be done in only 2 weeks. I thought that it would be a miracle if they would accept each other in such a small space of time. After only 3 days Madeleine had a video up of the bunnies hoping around perhaps a little tense but with no fighting. After a week was up Madeleine gave me a full update on how they were doing and advised that it would be wise to let them settle for a few more days. On day 10 I went to pick up 2 very happy bunnies neither of which wanted to leave. Since being home the bunnies have been grooming each other and snuggling up for a few short winks in the afternoon. Madeleine has changed their lives and made mine a lot easier, I would recommend the Small Furry Hotel to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment to not only bond their bunnies but to leave them for a holiday. Our beloved rabbits Daffy (1997 - 2010) and Eric (2001-2011) stayed with Madeleine many, many times over the years. I was quite the obsessive hen mother when it came to my rabbits, yet I never worried for even a second when they were at the Small Furry Hotel. Everything was always impeccably clean, the animals were calm and happy, and I knew that my buns would get not just food and water but plenty of love and cuddles, too. When Daffy was nearing the end of her (very long) life, Madeleine went above and beyond all our expectations and provided her with the most amazing level of care when we went abroad to stay with family over Christmas.
Although I don't think there'll be rabbits in my life in the foreseeable future, there will definitely be guinea pigs - and one of the main reasons I can feel calm and confident about adding them to our family is that I know I can rely on Madeleine to treat them as her own whenever we're away.
Thanks again for everything, Madeleine - I know they both saw you as a favourite auntie!

Our 2 bunnies stayed with Madeleine at the beginning of July this year. We have usually had someone pop in at home to feed & check them. I understand Blossom decided to do a bit of nesting, with all the other boy Buns there, but there was no sign of that back home. They both had a wash & brush up and looked pristine when I collected them! They were very contented happy bunnies & would love to stay again (Buck thinks he is a film star after featuring in the grooming tips pics!) Thanks, Madeleine, for the tips on caring for Blossom.

My two former rescue bunnies find change very unsettling, so when I go on holiday finding a 'home from home' for them is a bit of a headache, and past experiences at other establishments were not always positive. So I was delighted to discover Madeleine's website, and even more thrilled that the SFH did deliver on all its promises: not only did my bunnies have a snuggly warm bed for the night and the best quality menus, but they enjoyed all-day entertainment in the garden (which they don't get at home) and made new friends as well (something else they can't do at home.) And the icing on the cake for me was that rather than all the usual late-night angsting over the bunnies' wellbeing, I could enjoy my break away without feeling guilty, and was even able to share in their holiday fun online via the FB photos etc. All in all, the SFH can be highly recommended!
