Why do we charge for extras?

We try to keep to our basic boarding rate as low as possible for customers to be able to have their pet cared for. This also means that you can tailor your pets stay depending on their needs. To view our extras, click here.

Why do we charge for indoor pets to have time in an outdoor run?

Our main accommodation is inside the hotel and we have the outside hutches for pets that live outside and as an overflow during busy times. We therefore have the outdoor runs to provide extra space needed for them to exercise. Pets are always supervised out in a run so we charge this an extra to cover the costs of staffing.

What happens is my pet is sick in your care?

If your pet becomes sick in our care, we will either attend our vets or yours if within 4 miles. We will always try & make contact first. Find out more here. Our terms and conditions can be found here.

What if my rabbit is unvaccinated?

As per our terms and conditions, we require all rabbits in our care to be up to date with their vaccinations. If your rabbit is either unvaccinated or the vaccinations have expired, we will charge £25 fee to take your rabbit to the vets and cover our admin fees associated with this. We require this and the cost of the vaccines paid to us before the vets appointment.

Do you charge per day or per night?

We charge per day. Please take a look at our accommodation page for more information on prices.

What happens if I no longer have my pet or my pet sadly passes away?

We would always love to hear from you as we care about all the pets we board like our own. However, please edit your pets details through your boarding account to say that they are 'Inactive/Deceased' to stop any future Birthday emails for your pet. If you would like to stop receiving emails from us, please select 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of our newletters.

Can I bring my own bedding?

Yes of course. If you would like to bring your own bedding, please provide enough for the duration of the stay. We recommend bringing enough so that we can change the bedding at least every 2/3 days. If you would like us to provide bedding, this can be booked here. We will change the bedding as often as needed.

Am I able to get a refund for picking up my pet early?

The total balance for your booking is due on or before drop off. Once this has been paid and the booking has started, no refunds can be given. As a small business, we plan staffing and wages around our projected income and take a deposit as a commitment that the booking will go ahead.
